Manila, Philippines – The League of Cities of the Philippines (LCP) has reaffirmed its full support for the leadership of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., amid the allegations against the President.
In a statement released by the LCP, it joins the president in his efforts to further strengthen the Local Government Units (LGUs), particularly in the development of infrastructure, education, and health services in the country.
It stressed the importance of maintaining transparency and accountability in governance to ensure public trust.
It is also said that its ranks are ready for the main programs of the PBBM administration, especially since they said that their only goal is to build a just, progressive, and stable country.
Meanwhile, the LCP assured that it will remain a partner with the government in implementing reforms that will benefit the people.—Grachella Corazon, Eurotv News
