Jinkee Pacquiao Joins MPBL Party-list Bid for Congress

MANILA — Jinkee Pacquiao, known for her fashion-forward style, is vying for a seat in the House of Representatives as the second nominee of the MPBL party-list, with Ron Munsayac as the first nominee.

Jinkee, the wife of boxing legend and Senate hopeful Manny Pacquiao, was absent during the MPBL party-list’s media introduction on Monday, following their filing of the certificate of nomination (CONA).

However, she did attend an earlier event when her husband officially submitted his candidacy for senator.

Famous for her extensive Hermes collection and love for luxury brands, Jinkee also has a background in politics, having served as the vice governor of Sarangani province from 2013 to 2016.

In addition to Jinkee and Manny, their son is also set to run for a local position in General Santos City next year.

Munsayac, the first nominee of MPBL, currently serves as the executive director and spokesperson of PDP-Laban.
