ANNE CURTIS ON JOINING THE CALL VS. CORRUPTION: ‘LETS NOT STAY QUIET UNTIL CORRUPTION ENDS’

Manila, Philippines – Actress and noontime host Anne Curtis joined the “Trillion Peso March,” a protest denouncing government-wide corruption, at the EDSA People Power Monument in Quezon City on Sunday, September 21, 2025.

Curtis, known for being socially vocal, was seen personally joining the people’s call in different social media posts.

In her Instagram post meanwhile, she shared her sentiments about those who commit corruption.

“What was stolen was never theirs to keep, but ours to build the Philippines we love and the future we deserve,” she wrote.

“I pray our children inherit a nation honest, thriving, and worthy of their dreams,” she added.

The actress-host also urged everyone, “Let’s not stay quiet until corruption ends!”

Curtis, together with her co-hosts Vice Ganda, Ion Perez, and Jackie Gonzaga were also with her.

Meanwhile, actors Jasmine Curtis and Donny Pangilinan, and singer Darren Espanto, also joined the march with Angat Bayanihan Volunteer Network, showing support for the nationwide call to end corruption.

The demonstration grew upon the recent issue about the anomalous flood control projects, in which tons of funds were not used properly, leading to the unending flood problems in the country.—Jaime Prudente, Eurotv News
