The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has officially launched its nationwide voter education roadshow today, December 2, in preparation for the 2025 National and Local Elections and the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) Parliamentary Elections.
Running until January 30, 2025, the roadshow showcases in-person demonstrations of the Automated Counting Machine (ACM) developed by Korea-based Miru Systems, providing hands-on experience with the technology to both new and experienced voters.
The activities are taking place in several regions today, including:
- Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR)
- Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM)
- Region III (Central Luzon)
- Region IV-B (Mimaropa)
- Region IV-A (CALABARZON)
- Region V (Bicol Region)
- Region II (Cagayan Valley)
- Region VIII (Eastern Visayas)
- Region IX (Zamboanga Peninsula)

However, the election body noted that schedules may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
Currently, 68.6 million Filipinos are registered voters.
