Muntinlupa City, Philippines — Following the lawsuit filed by Vic Sotto against director Darryl Yap’s controversial “The Rapists of Pepsi Paloma” film, the two has finally faced off for the first time in court on January 17.

Both involved parties were present during the summary hearing for a writ of habeas data petition filed by Sotto against Yap at the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court, Branch 205.
