Dela Rosa served as the Philippine National Police Chief during the brutal war on drugs campign of the Duterte Administration on 2016.

He said who will serve the warrant on him when the ICC has no jurisdiction in the country which President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. first emphasized that it will not recognize the ICC.

The lawmaker insisted, he should not waste time with the ICC because it is out of his control and
he will only lose if he continues to worry about the appearance of the arrest warrant.
