Manila Philippines — The Migrant Workers Department is ready to extend all forms of assistance to five Filipino injured after ‘severe turbulence’ Singapore Airlines.
DMW Secretary Hans Leo Cacdac said they are coordinating with the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) regarding the condition of Filipinos who are still recuperating at the Hospital in Thailand.
DMW has expressed gratitude over the assistance extended by the Singapore Airlines to ensure the safety of injured Filipinos.
Cacdac added that five Filipinos are in safe condition, while still recovering at the hospital.
Recently, the DMW confirmed that one Filipino suffers from neck fracture, while the other one underwent neck surgery.
