JORDAN CLARKSON TAKES HIS TALENT TO NEW YORK KNICKS

Manila, Philippines – Fil-Am former Sixth-Man of the Year and former Gilas Pilipinas player Jordan Clarkson is going to New York Knicks after a contract buyout with Utah Jazz.

Clarkson, known for his elite scoring ability, would be a great asset towards the New York Knicks who recently competed in the Eastern Conference Finals, but fell short.

Previously, he was averaging 16.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 3.7 assists on the Utah Jazz in the 2024-2025 NBA season. 

Beacause of this, the former Gilas Pilipinas guard is poised to contribute scoring-wise to the team and make an impact to win the games. 

Clarkson has already represented himself with teams including the Los Angeles Lakers, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Utah Jazz. Now, New York Knicks for the upcoming season. 

He is now entering his 11th season, where he has yet to win a championship in the NBA. —Kyle Basa, Contributor
