LeBron James, who is beloved and respected by fans and players around the world, hints that retirement is near, since he is not going to wait for his second son, Bryce James, to get drafted in the NBA.
“I’m not waiting on Bryce… He’s got my own timeline, I got my timeline, And I don’t know if they quite match. But we’ll see,” LeBron said at Lakers media day.
James is now entering his 23rd NBA season, making him one of the few players to play for 20 seasons in the NBA.
His longevity in playing in the league also paid off as he had the opportunity to play with his first-born son, Bronny James, a history in the NBA that LeBron only achieved.
At media day, he took pictures with his co-star Luka Doncic, whose only goal is to win a championship.
