P59.8B OF COVID-19 EMERGENCY ALLOWANCE HAS GIVEN TO THE HEALTH WORKERS – PBBM

Following the call of some groups of health workers yesterday, which coincided with the observance of Health Workers’ Day.

Specifically, the benefits they claim that still have not received.

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. reported that more than half of the total Health Emergency Allowance or HEA has already been provided by the government

In a post shared by the President on his Facebook account.

He stated that a total of P59.8 billion or 78.92% of the Covid-19 health emergency allowance has already been given to frontline workers.

On the other hand PBBM, demonstrates the great appreciation of the Philippine government has for the sacrifices and dedication these workers make to ensure the health of the nation.

“Ngayong Health Workers’ Day, mas pinahahalagahan natin ang sakripisyo ng ating mga frontliner na naglilingkod nang buong puso at nagpapakita sa mundo ng galing at malasakit ng Pinoy.” statement released by President Marcos

According to the President, this is in line with his promise to deliver their HEA during his administration.
