President Bongbong Marcos Jr. called out former PDEA intelligence officer Jonathan Morales after the drug allegation attributed to him, as he likened agent Morales to a jukebox that usually plays certain requested songs through the use of money.
The President said that Morales is a professional liar after he disclosed the contents of the leaked confidential documents of the PDEA that allegedly involved the names of President Marcos and actress Maricel Soriano.
Marcos even added that certain people should not be given importance or attention.
“Mahirap naman bigyan ng importansya ‘yan. This fellow is a professional liar. Parang jukebox. Basta maghulog ka ng pera kahit anong kantang gusto mo, kakantahin niya. Kaya walang saysay,” President Marcos explained.
It can be recalled that the PDEA previously clarified that President Marcos was not included in their drug watchlist.
Also, on April 2, the PDEA issued a statement saying that two documents implicating the president were not found in their Plans and Operations Report Management Information System (PORMIS).
The Diamond Star Maricel Soriano, who’s also allegedly involved in the case, attended the motu proprio hearing of the Senate Committee on Public Order and Dangerous Drugs, led by Senator Ronald ‘Bato’ Dela Rosa.
Soriano firmly denied the allegation involving the leaked confidential documents of PDEA and the issues involving her abusive actions toward her two housekeepers.
