Manila, Philippines – Good news for Filipinos seeking civil registry documents!
The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has officially announced that citizens can now access essential civil registry documents online, including Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Death Certificates, as well as the Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) and Certificate of No Death Record (CENODEATH).
This new service is part of the PSA’s Civil Registry System – Information Technology Project Phase II (CRS-ITP2), aimed at making the request and issuance process faster, more efficient, and more accessible to the public.
The service is offered in two formats: viewable online; a digital copy of the document that can be accessed using a unique code and DocPrinT An official printed copy of the document that can be claimed at the nearest PSA Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlet. No appointment is required for pick-up.
With this innovation, Filipinos no longer need to wait in long lines or spend extended periods processing requests.
Instead, they can request documents online and conveniently claim the official copy at the nearest outlet.
The public is reminded to be cautious of unauthorized websites and fixers. Always use the official PSA website when requesting documents.
This initiative is part of PSA’s continuing efforts to modernize its services and make vital documents more accessible to every Filipino.
