Manila, Philippines – Rain or Shine ElastoPainters announced they signed veteran free agent Stanley Pringle into a two-year deal today.
With the roster full of youngsters including Adrian Nocum, Gian Mamuyac, Anton Asistio, Andrei Caracut, Keith Datu, and Santi Santillan, the addition of a veteran like Pringle will certainly give the team a boost come playoff time.
He was averaging 13.18 points, 3.82 rebounds, and 2.82 assists for his former team, Terrafirma Dyip.
The ElastoPainters had an impressive run during the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Season 49 Philippine Cup Semi-finals, wherein they battled against TNT Tropang 5G, but eventually bowing down to them on game six in the series. –Kyle Basa, Contributor
