Ynares Center was roaring last night because of the skills and determination of the two teams that they are showing to the fans.
In just the first half, the offense of TNT quickly erupted, and had a double digit lead early on.
Poy Erram and Kelly Williams were the X-factor in the first half by showing versatility not just in offense, but also in defense.
Jordan Heading and Simon Enciso also joined the spotlight, as they hit contested shots and triples.
In the second half, the Beermen slowly gained momentum with Mo Tautuaa, Jun Mar Fajardo, and CJ Perez leading the offense.
TNT just managed to widen up their lead when Calvin Oftana scored back to back buckets in the 4th, showing resilience when attacking the paint. As well as Heading who hit a crucial three-pointer.
The Beermen was an inch away from pulling the upset because of the back to back turnovers of TNT in the remaining seconds of the 4th, but it wasn’t enough.
The final score of the game is 96 – 91, with Kelly Williams being the Best Player of the Game.
