The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has opened its first satellite office at the Robinsons Galleria shopping mall in Ortigas, Quezon City. This new MMDA Redemption Satellite Office, located at the Lingkod Pinoy Center on the mall’s lower ground floor, was launched in collaboration with Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) on Monday, September 16.
This satellite office aims to provide greater convenience for motorists, who no longer need to go to the MMDA’s main office in Pasig City to settle their traffic fines.
“Among the services the MMDA Redemption Satellite Office will provide include the fine settlement for traffic violations issued by the agency, lifting of alarms for drivers who have been placed on the alarm list of the Land Transportation Office, and processing of drivers’ clearances verifying that they have no pending traffic violations,” the MMDA stated.
The office operates Monday to Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is managed by the MMDA Traffic Ticket Management Division, which oversees the programs and services related to traffic violations and enforcement.
