United States – United States President Donald Trump said on Friday (June 27, 2025) that he has talked to the ‘relevant’ people and that ceasefire in Gaza may be ‘possible next week.’
During Trump’s appearance in the Oval Meeting, he talked about both the monetary and food contributions of the United States to the people of Gaza.
“We’re supplying as you know, a lot of money and a lot of food to that area,” Trump said.
He also said that the help being given to the people of Gaza are being stolen and sold by ‘bad’ people, following reports of Palestinians in Gaza getting hurt while seeking aid.
Additionally, he said that “other countries throughout the world should be helping also.”
“We’re doing that because I think we have to on a humanitarian basis,” he added.
