MANILA — Mike Phillips and the De La Salle Green Archers rebounded from their recent setback with a 68-62 win over the FEU Tamaraws in the UAAP Season 87 men’s basketball tournament on Wednesday at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
The Green Archers found their groove again after suffering a surprise defeat to the University of the East last Sunday, 71-75.
Phillips was instrumental in the victory, tallying 13 points and 14 rebounds. Reigning MVP Kevin Quiambao also contributed significantly with 12 points, 11 rebounds, and eight assists.
