Former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte gets hurt after the provincial government of Negros Oriental cancelled the permit to hold a Peace rally in Dumaguete City.
Duterte claims that Malacañang is behind the revocation of the permit, just like what happened in Bustos, Bulacan.
Nagpunta kami rito, nanghingi kami ng permit, binigyan kami,” said Duterte.
According to Duterte, they were given a permit but it was revoked by the time of their assembly.
These are the words of the former president after barricading the freedom park of the government of Negros Oriental.
Instead of Freedom Park, the provincial government recommended that the prayer rally be held in Quezon Park.
