Manila, Philippines — 51% of Filipino adults have expressed satisfaction over President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.’s performance during the 4th and last quarter of 2024.
Based on the Social Weather Stations survey results, Marcos’ net satisfaction fell at 51%, which is 13 points lower from the September results.
These results are somehow related to the drop in the trust and performance ratings of the President released by the same survey.
While over half of the survey participants felt satisfied with Marcos’ performance, 32% have expressed dissatisfaction.
Marcos got the highest satisfaction ratings from Balance Luzon with +38, followed by Metro Manila with +20, Visayas at +18, and Mindanao with -18.
Participants from the rural areas, men, and 55 year olds and above gave the highest satisfaction to Marcos’ performance.
Vice President Sara Duterte, on the other hand, got 52% net satisfaction ratings, but also reflects a 6% decline from her previous ratings in Q3 of 2024.
The survey was conducted from December 12 to 18 and was participated by 2,160 Filipino adults.
