Manila, Philippines — Aside from senatorial candidates, over 150 partylist groups are vying for a position and seat in the House of Representatives on this year’s midterm polls.
And in the newest SWS voter preference survey for partylist groups, Pagtibayin at Palaguin ang Pangkabuhayang Pilipino or 4Ps Partylist continues to dominate the list, placing first in the rankings for the 5th consecutive month.
In the Stratbase-SWS survey for the month of April, 4Ps got 8.08% intended votes.
While it secured the rank 1 since the December survey, this month’s results are lower compared to the 10.44% garnered in March.
Ranking 2nd is the Duterte Youth partylist with 7.32%.
Duterte Youth have been consistent in rank 2 since January.
With this percentage of votes, this guarantees 3 seats in the Congress for 4Ps and Duterte Youth.
Following them in the list is Asenso Pinoy with 4.08% that may secure them two seats in the Congress under the premise that the election happened today.
Also among the top partylist groups in April are ACT-CIS with 3.55%, FPJ Panday Bayanihan with 3.51%, Tingog with 3.02%, Senior Citizens with 2.55%, and Ako Bicol Partylist with 2.34%.
These results may guarantee these groups one seat each in the Congress.
The survey was conducted through face to face interviews with 1,800 registered voters, conducted from April 11 to 15, 2025.
