Brazilian plane crash kills all passengers aboard

A tragic incident involving a passenger plane occurred on Friday, crashing out of São Paolo and killing all aboard the plane.

This was confirmed by the airline Voepass through a statement, saying that all the 61 aboard the flight 2283—57 passengers and 4 crew—died from the crash.

In a tragic turn of events, the plane that had been cruising at 17,000 feet until 1:21 pm when it abruptly descended in just one minute, lost its altitude a minute and a half before crashing.

Authorities are yet to confirm reason for the drop in altitude and of the crash, as there is still no information in hand.

Investigations are on going but the airlines is confident that all the crew in the plane were competent.

Meanwhile, airline officials confirmed that all passengers had Brazilian documents but there is still no data whether any of them has dual citizenship. Bodies were retrieved and are in the process of identification.

There were no reported injuries on site where the plane crashed.
