US BOMBS IRANIAN NUCLEAR SITES

United States – President Donald Trump announced that the US air strike operation against Iran’s key nuclear sites had been “completely and totally obliterated” in an address from the nation, June 21 (UST).

According to Trump, the American forces carried out a “very successful” airstrikes in three Iranian nuclear facilities: Fordo, Natanz, and Isfahan, following the recent conflict in Middle East.

Dubbed as “Operation Midnight Hammer”, the strikes consisted of six bunker-buster bombs dropped in Fordow, then following 30 Tomahawk missiles against the remaining sites.

Trump also warned Iran that he will not hesitate to strike other targets if peace does not come quickly.

“There will be peace or there will be tragedy for Iran, far greater than we have witnessed over the last eight days,” he said.

He also cautioned the nation, warning that while the struck on the three sites were already “lethal,” many targets are also eyed upon in case they retaliate.

Meanwhile, aftermath recorded a no release of radioactive material around the facilities, according to the International Atomic Energy Agency.

This tension follows after Israel began its attack to Iran on June 13. Based from multiple reports recently, more than 400 people were killed and at least 3,506 were injured in Iran. Meanwhile, at least 24 deaths were recorded in Israel after Iran responded.
