OCTA REPORTS CONTRAST IN PBBM, VP SARA TRUST, PERFORMANCE SCORES

Manila, Philippines – Right after President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s 4th State of the Nation Address, the Marcos admin receives positive OCTA results in terms of trust and performance scores.

Based on the Tugon ng Masa Survey of OCTA research for the second quarter of 2025, Marcos’ trust scores improved by four points, settling at 64%.

He similarly received a 62% satisfactory ratings in terms of his performance in Q2, three point higher than last quarter’s results.

Marcos’ highest trust and performance scores came from Balance Luzon with 74% and 70% respectively.

OCTA research described these results as a consistent, genuine, and positive shift in public perception.

On the other hand, Vice President Sara Duterte did not get the upper hand as her results declined.

Duterte’s trust and satisfaction ratings fell at 54% and 50% respectively during the 2nd Quarter, seemingly unfavorable from her improved results previously.

Amid this, Mindanao remains to back VP Sara, contributing 95% and 91% in her trust and performance ratings respectively. –Mia Layaguin, Eurotv News
