LEBRON JAMES, WON’T BE STARTING IN THIS NBA SEASON’S ALL-STAR GAME

The NBA has announced both conference’s starting lineup for next month’s All-Star Game on Monday. But one familiar name has the fans noticed that is missing: LeBron James.

James, in the first few weeks of the season, suffered an injury in which he missed out a lot of games. In his return, he had a couple of bad games as he was getting back in his former groove.

Although his stats right now in the league are still impressive despite his age, it has come to a point that young, aggressive stars have already taken the league.

Looking back, for the first time since 2005, he will not be in the starting lineup of this year’s All-Star Game.

He has been an All-Star starter, as he showed dominance for 23 years, and not seeing him play for the first minutes of the All-Star game shows that other players are already catching up with the hype and skills of other players.

The Western Conference Starters consists of:

Stephen Curry – Golden State Warriors

Luka Doncic – Los Angeles Lakers

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander – Oklahoma City Thunder

Nikola Jokic – Denver Nuggets

Victor Wembanyama – San Antonio Spurs

The breakdown of player voting was based on fan voting (50%), panel of media voters (25%), and player voting (25%).

The selected starters proved the media, and even players their capabilities and value inside the court, to which they earned their spot.

The reserves will be announced this Sunday and are selected by the league’s coaches.—Kyle Basa, Eurotv News
