Los Angeles, California — Three people were killed after a news helicopter crashed into a storage facility in Los Angeles, California, on Tuesday American time.
The helicopter was owned by American television network NBC, and one of those killed was a reporter with the network.
The pilot was also killed, while a third person on the ground died after the crash.
Later on the NBC identified the helicopter team as pilot George Marciniw and photojournalist-reporter Eliana Moreno.
On the other hand, at least two other people were taken to the hospital with injuries.
The helicopter was live covering a fatal bus collision just blocks away when it went down.
The cause of the crash remains unknown.
Investigators are expected to release a preliminary report within 30 days.
