Manila, Philippines – President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has announced that the newly opened CAVITEX-C5 Link Segment 3B will be toll-free until the end of April.
According to the President, the move is intended to assist motorists amid the continued rise in fuel prices, largely driven by ongoing tensions and conflict in the Middle East.
He added that the temporary toll-free access is expected to ease the burden on travelers, improve mobility, and help decongest traffic in affected areas.
Marcos also emphasized that the measure will provide significant savings for motorists on fuel expenses, especially during this period of economic strain in the country.
