The Philippine Embassy in France is urging Filipinos living in the country to stay alert and prepare for possible emergencies amid ongoing protests and government reminders on public preparedness.
In an advisory, the Embassy said French authorities have encouraged the public to prepare a 72-hour emergency kit as part of the government’s regular efforts to strengthen national resilience and readiness during crises.
Filipinos in France are also advised to keep their passports, residence permits and other important documents easily accessible.
The Embassy recommends keeping some cash on hand in case electronic payment systems become unavailable, maintaining communication with family members, monitoring official government alerts, and saving the contact details of the Philippine Embassy and French authorities.
The Embassy assured Filipinos that it remains ready to assist those in need.
