Jennie, a member of the globally popular K-pop group Blackpink, has released teasers for her upcoming solo single “Mantra.”
On Tuesday, her agency, Odd Atelier (OA), shared an 18-second teaser clip across its social media platforms, showing the 28-year-old star biting into a cherry, with a brief snippet of the song playing in the background.
According to the post, “Mantra” is set for release on October 11. Additionally, OA revealed a teaser image showcasing the song title and release date against an orange backdrop.
“Mantra” will be Jennie’s first single since partnering with Columbia Records and follows her previous solo track, “You & Me,” released in October 2023.
Jennie previously collaborated with her co-stars from The Idol, The Weeknd, and Lily-Rose Depp, on the song “One of the Girls,” which has garnered over 1.2 billion streams on Spotify.
Meanwhile, YG Entertainment, which manages Blackpink’s group activities, has confirmed that the group is planning a comeback along with a world tour in 2025.
