BASTE DUTERTE, LENI ROBREDO, ROBIN PADILLA LEADS 2028 SENATORIAL PREFERENCE SURVEY — ARKIPELAGO

Manila, Philippines — With over two years before the 2028 national elections, the candidates for the polls are already among the talk of the town.

Based on the senate election preference survey of Arkipelago Analytics, there are already individuals and personalities included in the senatorial preference race.

Among the rank 1-3 preferred senators are Davao City Acting mayor Sebastian Duterte, Naga City Mayor Leni Robredo, and Senator Robin Padilla with 48% voter preference.

Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto and Senator Loren Legarda were also tied in the rank 4-5 with 45% votes.

Among the magic 12 are senators Raffy Tulfo and Alan Peter Cayetano with 42%, while Davao representative Paolo Duterte, senators Chiz Escudero, and Mark Villar triple tied at rank 8-10 with 39%.

Completing the top 12 are Dingdong Dantes and Grace Poe with 35% voter preference.

Outside the 12 mark are senator Jinggoy Estrada, Ben Tulfo, incumbent Makati Mayor Nancy Binay, Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte, and Vice Ganda with 33%.

The list was followed by Atty. Jimmy Bondoc, Deped secretary Sonny Angara, and Manny Pacquiao at rank 18-20 with 30%.

The survey was conducted from May 26 to June 2 through face to face interviews to 2,637 individuals.—Mia Layaguin, Eurotv News
