AI CHEF TO DEBUT IN DUBAI

AI takes over the kitchen.

WOOHOO a bold new culinary playground just steps from the iconic Burj Khalifa in Dubai, but it is not just the restaurant itself which will be the main course—it is a Chef AI ready to serve us all.

At the heart of the innovation is Chef Aiman—a groundbreaking AI model trained on by breaking cuisine down to its component parts.

Chef Aiman will reconstruct food at a molecular level: balancing texture, acidity, umami and beyond, then collaborates with human chefs to perfect each dish through real human touch.

According to Reuters report, Chef Aiman is designed to develop recipes that reuse ingredients often discarded in promoting sustainability.

However, Aiman is not here to overtake real-life chefs but as a complement to human element of cooking.

“Human cooking will not be replaced, but we believe (Aiman) will elevate the ideas, creativity,” said Oytun Cakir, who is also chief executive of hospitality company Gastronaut through Reuters.

Woohoo is set to full our stomach in September 2025.
