PCFI SAYS LAWMAKER’S MORAL REMAINS HIGH, DESPITE ISSUES FACING FLOOD CONTROL MESS

Manila, Philippines – Amid the issues allegedly implicating some lawmakers in the lower chamber of Congress, the partylist Coalition Foundation Inc. insists that the lawmakers remain steadfast despite the issue.

Along with the launch of the Partylist Coalition Foundation Incorporated of the PCFI’s Batang Malusog Child Nutrition Program, led by its president, House Deputy Majority Leader and TGP Partylist Representative Jose ‘Bong’ Teves Jr., Teves stressed that the moral of the lawmakers in the Congress remains high despite the issue.

Among them is the continued support of almost 50 members of the Partylist Coalition for the speakership of Isabela 6th District Representative Faustino Bojie Dy.

The coalition insists that their support for the leadership of the chamber is in line with the directives of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.

Even amid the ongoing investigation into corruption in the flood control project.

Almost 97 members of the house of representatives from Mindanao and Metro Manila also expressed support for Dy’s leadership in the chamber.

Despite the challenges facing the current administration, the sincerity and principled response of the chamber members remain.—Alvin Pelobello, Eurotv News
