Manila, Philippines — One of the stars of Netflix’s live-action movie adaptation of One Piece is set to return to the country once again — none other than Japanese actor Mackenyu Arata, more popularly known as Mackenyu, for his fan meet tour titled “PIECE OF YU.”
This was shared on the official social media post on CNCA media’s X account where they released the poster of the actor’s upcoming visit
The actor first gained recognition in the entertainment industry through his roles in live-action manga adaptations, earning widespread attention for portraying Arata Wataya in the Chihayafuru trilogy in 2016. However, he became even more popular and admired by fans for his role as Roronoa Zoro in Netflix’s live-action adaptation of One Piece.
It can be recalled that the actor last visited in 2023 when he also held a fan meet held at the Mall of Asia Arena.
Meanwhile, Mackenyu’s PIECE OF YU fan meet is scheduled to take place on August 29, 2026, at The Theatre in Solaire.
As of now, no details have been released yet regarding the ticket prices for the fan meet.
