This development followed a meeting between President Marcos and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney at the Vancouver Convention Center.
According to the President, the foreign ministers of both nations have been tasked with formulating an action plan to implement this commitment, aiming to adapt to global realities and challenges while building capacity for a future-ready partnership.
