MANILA — The Department of Justice (DOJ) confirmed on Tuesday that there is currently no record indicating that former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque has left the Philippines.
“An ILBO was issued for the former Secretary on August 6, 2024,” DOJ Assistant Secretary Mico Clavano stated.
An Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) is designed to monitor the movement of specific individuals but does not prevent them from traveling.
The DOJ also noted that, according to reports from the Bureau of Immigration, Roque’s wife, Mylah, departed the country on September 3, 2024.
“An ILBO was issued on September 16, 2024, following a request from the Quad Committee, which is currently investigating POGO operations and related illegal activities,” Clavano added.
